This is Rob Dull, aka The Scribe or Silent Rob. As Paul said in the first post, Stories from the Center of the Universe started in 2019 and as of this writing, we are up to 206 released episodes.
Paul and I have known each other for fifty years and we are lucky enough to still see and sometimes hang out with the same 10-12 guys we grew with when we were kids. I am fortunate to have become a part of Paul’s podcast and am having a blast listening to, finding guests for and writing about each of the episodes. As Paul mentioned, finding interesting and compelling people is a part of why he does the podcast. It’s a great concept and I think the breadth of people he has talked to is pretty awesome. I must admit that my favorite part is the posterity aspect of the podcast. I just think it’s cool that guest’s grandchildren, great grandkids and beyond will be able to listen to their story and have a connection with their relative.
In future blog posts, I will be mainly writing about various episodes. As Paul also mentioned, this will hopefully be another way that we get the word out about this great, homegrown, small town based podcast. We may have a few other things we add to the blog every once in a while just to try to mix it up a bit.
Please go to our website and listen to an episode … or two or three! We welcome you to Stories from the Center of the Universe Podcast! Please leave us ratings and comments about the episode(s) you listened to if you have a moment. It would mean a lot to us! Have a great day!
